I work night shift. These panels behind my dark drapes and in a special curtain rod block all window light making my room look like night and helping with day sleeping. The sad thing is that I think the manufacturer is no longer making them so I'm hunting down panels to keep on hand for when mine die.

Much better than I was expecting for the price! Purchased 4 in the 77 length for my east facing bedroom and they have helped with not only light blocking but also in their insulation capabilities to keep my room cooler this past summer and warmer as the temps dropped. These were very easy to put up behind my 84 inch long curtains by simply lining them up with my curtain and attaching with my curtain rings that have clips. Perfect length as they are short enough to not have to worry about seeing them on the bottom. They also crease and fold with ease behind my heavy silk lined Restoration Hardware drapes so that it is still easy to slide them open and still be compact. Perfect white neutral backing facing the outside works so well and keeps the exterior view classic and simple. Will be back for more for my living room and office. Comparable to Pottery Barn version quality, don't hesitate based on price.
