All four cords was not enough so I just easily added my own exercise bands to it ...about 120 lbs ( 50, 40, and 30) and is was able to do a couple pull ups πππ½...This was a great addition to my gym...Good quality strapsπͺπ½ ...I'm glad I got them π₯°ππ½
