A little goofy but fun

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They're exactly what you think they are- puffy sleeves you can put on any time. There's no notable difference between either end, so there's no wrong direction to put them on. The material feels kinda cheap, but since they're basically a costume item, I cant hold it against them.
