this little storage cube shelving is super easy to assemble. it took me about 30 minutes in extreme heat in an enclosed porch. it looks super cute and i used it vertically as book shelves in a small corner of the porch. it arrived quickly and well packed. i got it in black. i did use the optional alternating back panels. i do advise assembly on an ample flat surface. when you get to the 2 longest pieces (top %26 bottom horizontally or sides vertically) i suggest doing your corners first then the center shelf screws. the nature of assembly on this piece leaves a lot of moving parts, so, to keep things from moving around, the corners, partially screwed in helps hold it all where you need it. once you've got all your screws partially tightened and in place THEN tighten them up. these little shelves hold a ton of stuff. i had an entire large plastic storage tote full of books of different sizes and it held them all with lots of room to spare.

It was easy to put together and I’m thrilled with it. I needed some storage for my art supplies because I’m going to be doing online art courses. It is very sturdy and I love the way it looks. I definitely recommend this bookcase. Very versatile.
