Not large capacity, stitching not secured properly

Maybe my definition of large capacity is different but this is not large capacity at all. I just put in a waterbottle, a sweater, wallet, keys, hand sanitizer, granola bar, and mints and it looked soooo clunky and embarrassing. I was looking for an affordable bag to take to interviews but the quilt texture plus less capacity makes it look so bulky if all your items aren't completely flat and rectangular. I don't understand why the strap for this bag is way longer than their smaller canvas tote even after shortening it all the way. Strap needs to be shorter. I wish the handles were removable. Several threads were loose and stitching wasn't secured well in several places which made me worry about ripping. I will give it another chance but will likely return.
