My mom truly loved her purse. Only complaint was delayed delivery. She stayed home 3 days in a row and refused to leave to make sure no one stole her purse upon drop off at the door delivery. Only to have to stay at close of business yet another day and was very heartbroken afraid she'd not receive it at all.

I tried using a cloth bag but the zippers broke and it's appearance wasn't any good anymore.. This bag is sturdy and have not had a zipper break yet and there's always room for something else. the material is beautiful and strong but when feel the bag does get heavy.
