PROIRON Neoprene Coated Kettlebell 20Lb, Single

Weighs exactly 15.0 lbs. Handle is smooth on the underside (no rough seam). There is a small bump in the neoprene on the bottom, but the bottom is flat enough that it does not create any instability when sitting upright. The neoprene comes up higher on one side of the handle, as if the iron bell was crooked when dipped in neoprene, but it has no practical impact. It was well packaged and not damaged during shipping (a common problem with cheap kettlebells). My only complaint is there is part of the handle that is not glossy and feels a bit rough, as if a spot was missed when the final coat of paint was applied. The handle is about 1.3 inches is diameter (a reasonable size for a small kettlebell). The handle's window is about 1.9 inches by 4.4 inches at the widest part.
