1. Keep away from high temperature, flammable or explosive materials.
2. Do not shock the battery, disassemble or reassemble the battery.
3. For infrequent use, it is recommended that the battery be charged and activated every 60 days.
4. Fully charge the battery before use.
Hand washable/machine washable
1. Washing water temperature ≤ 122°F.
2. Hand washing is recommended. Use a laundry bag for machine washing.
3. Remove the batteries and place the battery cables in the battery pouch before washing. (Batteries are not washable).
4. Dry naturally after washing, do not iron or tumble dry at high tempeature

Step1 Wear your socks on your feet
Step2 Take the power cord outof the sock and plug in the batteries
Step3 When the battery is off,long press the button to switch on,then press to adjust the gears
Step4 Place the working battery in the battery pocket at the top of the sock and button it up
Step5 After both feet have followed the steps to put on the socks and power supply put on the shoes
Step6 Wear complete

Worked great for socks in ski boots. I used to get cold feet after a few hours but does a great job keeping them warm. The app is great the only annoying part is they require your location to adjust the temp and I don't love that the app forces that. Not sure why location matters
