Quality control?

It's cheaper than most wood hangers per unit so I expected it not to be perfect. The thing is some hangers fit the rod and some did not (see picture attached). The closet rod should be regular size so this was unexpected. I did not want to not be able to use some of them because then the price per unit goes up and might as well buy the expensive ones. Other than that, they seemed nice.
