I am about 5'3", about 145lbs. When I needed longer shorts to walk around the neighborhood, I found these. At first the description "terry cloth", I thought of bath %26 beach towels. I took a chance (also due to the low price) and ordered them in size M. So glad I did, the fit is loose enough that it dosen't ride up the butt crack. Slinky, smooth, cool feel, with a bit of weight to them. Not see thru. Washed great, I did use the dryer until a slight damp feel, then hung them on a hanger in the door way, due to the elastic in the waist band. I ordered more... black, (navy )blue, (dusty gray) green and (red plum) purple. (My description of the colors)

Love these Athletic Works Women's French Terry Bermuda Shorts, so much I plan on buying more of them. The material is soft, and lightweight, with a bit of give to them. Which makes them great if you're active. The waist band uses a drawstring instead of elastic. Which I love as elastic can sometimes irritate my waist. From material, to how they fit makes them a favorite for anyone wearing them.

Love these shorts! I wear 9" inseam and these are perfect, though I sort of have long legs. The color is a vibrant blue, the material drapes nicely and is on the thin side. perfect for summer. Pull on, draw string. Washes nice, I hang to dry, then toss in the dryer to get rid of any wrinkles. I purchased 2 of the blue, bc I love them so much!! 👍
