About this item

Product details

Bring a little movement to your activewear with the Avia Women's Flounce Running Shorts. A layered flounce hem gives these shorts the breezy, skirt-inspired silhouette of a skort, while a built-in inner brief provides short-style coverage underneath. Made from a lightweight fabric with 4-way stretch and moisture-wicking properties, they're ready for running, gym sessions, or casual everyday wear. The relaxed fit and 3-inch inseam keep things easy, and the pull-on elastic waistband with an adjustable bungee cord toggle lets you dial in the waist. To complete the look, try pairing them with the Avia Ribbed Tank or Mesh Tee and Bungee Sneakers (each sold separately).

Favorite workout shorts, more than just running

These shorts are great for lifting weights and or doing any type of mobility exercises. With the built in panty, the level of comfort is top notch. These are excellent if thighs are a little thicker, as the material does not cling or bunch up. Very flattering design and function.

Flounce Design on side and beautiful colors!

I was influenced on tiktok. I have been looking for more shorts. I live in florida so it is hot most of the time. I love the athletic shorts because they are cool and dry quick. The flounce design on the sides is SO CUTE! I am typically an 8 to 10 and purchased these in medium and they fit perfect. I love the band being lower because it helps give me a flat tummy look. I am high waisted so these sat lower on me which I like.

Super flattering shorts

I love these shorts so much that I bought them in 3 colors! They are mid rise and the flowy shorts are super flattering. I love that they have a built in liner as well. I highly recommend these shorts!
