e05 error, no power leaves you stranded.

This bike is beautiful and FAST FAST FAST, One problem. Major problem, I've had the bike less than a week and it has left me stranded 3 times. Luckily it's been going home after work. But let me tell you, if you battery errors and doesn't work, pedaling this bike is TOUGH with HUGE Tires. E05 is the error and I can't seem to be able to fix it. Not being reliable is a complete no-go. I hope support has a fix for this because, I love the bike but not if not working.

35 MPH, programmable, and good value.

First thing...Bicycle truly does go up to 36 mph for 579 dollars and you can program it by hitting and - button after it's been turned on. I hit 35 going downhill and It wasn't even a big downhill. My average speed was probably 30 mph. The tires were shipped fully inflated. The battery was shipped almost entirely charged. All the parts were included as well as a set of allen keys and a multi wrench to put the bicycle together. Worry not if you don't have tools to put the bicycle together. Mud guard work perfectly too. There is one bolt for BOTH the headlight and the front mud guard. You have to install them together. Bicycle comes with a rear reflector. Not much clearance to seat the battery on and take it off. The horn is goofy but it's there. The light is pretty decent but you should always add a 2nd strobing light on your bicycle. Mechanical disc brakes are super responsive. The fork needed to be tightened as they shipped it with the bolts barely screwed in. The rear rack doesn't fit at all. It's not a big deal as I have another bicycle I can install it on but the racks bar spacing is too narrow for the 4 inch tires. There is no front suspension on this bicycle. There's usually a switch/lever to enable and disable front suspension that isn't on my bicycle at all. My other ebike has this lever and it's super easy to adjust the suspension. The seat is comfortable enough. Comes with a kickstand ready to go. Overall I'm impressed for the price but disappointed that the front suspension has no lever to control it. Good ebike for the price.
