I bought this identical can roughly 15 years ago. It was finally time to replace. Since I use it in a roll out trash compartment, getting one the same size was important. Sturdy. Opens and closes smoothly. I haven't used it it where it fills completely, but might be slightly top-heavy. I don't see that as a potential problem, however. as I empty bags far they reach that stage, and secondly, the shiny, sleek appearance will make up for it.
