About As Cheap As It Gets

Honestly, this is about as cheap as it gets for furniture. Assembly and instructions were super easy. The screws on the outside of the shelf do not sit flush and it does not even include the stickers that most furniture does to cover up the screws. I purchased some on Amazon to use but since the screws don't sit flush, the stickers bulge out some. The backing on the shelf is essentially thin painted cardboard. Mine ripped at the top when I was being very gentle and trying to line it up. I purchased this to hold my videogames and if that's all you need it for then it's fine. But the shelves probably can not hold much weight at all. The wall anchors it includes are also cheap and when I was screwing them in, it caused a small chunk of the top to break off. I was able to super glue it back, but luckily it's on the top so you can't see it. Each shelf holds 38 standard sized DVD / videogame cases. With 8 shelves that totals at 304 videogame / DVD cases. Mine is used to hold my NES, SNES, N64, Gamecube, Switch, Switch 2, Genesis, Dreamcast, Xbox, and Xbox 360 games. This was the only shelf I could find that would fit in the area I needed it in and when I purchased it, it had 0 reviews so I took a risk but it is so cheaply made I would not recommend it. Even $77 USD seems steep for how cheap this is made. Happy it works for what I needed, but I wouldn't recommend it.
