Quality pan for sandwich loaves

I am new to sourdough bread . This pan allows you to make equal size sandwich slices which my family prefers. The pan is very good quality and the lid slides easily. I cold proofed %26 baked my loaf right in the pan without parchment lining or oil spray and there were no issues removing the bread. Very happy with this pan and would recommend.
