i likr the product but I had to return it.... because the put in in a box that was about 5 ft long and about 3ft wide with no packing to support it from moving around in the box and it broke the flap door. other than that the litter box was okay. I suggest they get someone that knows how to pack. This has happened 2 times. I was very disappointed in how they pack and breaking things.

Love them! I ordered 2 of them and am VERY happy with them. They keep the litter in the box and they help reduce odors. Between Arm and Hammer and the new boxes, you can't even tell we have cats. The cats don't seem to like the doors, so I took them off. This is a very smart buy and the price is reasonable.
