this brush easily fits in the palm of your hand. I use the brush dry before I get into the shower every other day. make sure to brush towards your heart no matter what part of your body you're brushing and in a circular motion in the torso area. I used to have problems using wet exfoliators in the shower or sugar scrubs they were too rough for my skin. I learned about dry brushing as an alternative and bought this brush to try it. I've been doing it for quite some time now and have noticed differences. my face is less puffy, I don't have consistent breakouts anymore on my body, my skin is softer and it's much easier than having to rebuy exfoliating products. I highly recommend this brush it exfoliates well but it's not tough on the skin and the bristles are of a medium texture. it is also easy to clean and disinfect. I highly recommend this product at the price point and if you have any issues with bumps or dryness this will help if you use it.
