The bed is not bad quality... but the seller is beyond horrible. We ordered and listing says free returns- well my husband ordered the wrong one- so we tried to cancel and immediately reached out to seller- who responded the next day and said it had already shipped. They told me I could refuse the package from the delivery carrier. Well I did- little did I know the seller had blocked the return to sender option. So I reached out to them again, and they stated that I would have to repay the $90 shipping, 15% restocking fees and only get a partial refund. I fought with them, but eventually found out I could just return to the store for full credit (by the UPS man who delivered the bed the 2nd time after I refused the delivery twice and it kept returning to me), but the seller was AWFUL and not understanding and the listing is false advertisement and misleading due to the "free returns". There is also no return policy on the sellers profile.
