Thick, would highly recommend!!!

1" thick! Soft %26 comfy to exercise on. Non-slip on both sides, so it doesn't move while you exercise. Easy to roll up %26 put attach the strap. I got a purple one %26 love the color. You could also use it for extra cushioning over a futon, or anywhere else 1 person would want to sleep. I would highly recommend this yoga mat.
