300 miles; unbeatable value

After 300 miles I am thoroughly impressed. No other MTB comes with these features unless it's double the price. Shifts well, quality air fork, dropper post and hydraulic brakes at an unbelievable price. After 300 miles, I have no regrets. Out of the box is shifted well and was lubed. I did get some sand in the headset making a click after 50 miles; cleaned and lubed and no other problems.

M.2 Ridge Pro Medium

Amazing bike for the money. I'm 5'10" and the standover height on the medium frame is just right. Even though I'm on the high side of fitment for it and the low side of the large frame, l believe that the smaller one is easier to handle and a better choice for me. I assembled the bike myself which was very easy. I just took my time and went over everything to inspect and verify. Nothing really needed adjustment. The derailleur shifts smoothly and the brakes are bled and functional out of the box. I replaced nylon pedals with studded aluminum ones and the seat as well to upgraded pieces from Ozark Trail, which make the bike even nicer. The supplied lock-on grips are comfortable and sufficient. I did have to purchase the Slime brand adaptors to inflate the tires because they come with presta valves installed. Overall, I am very happy with the bike. At this price point it punches well above its weight and is probably the best hardtail available anywhere. Through axles with Boost spacing, a tapered head tube, and a Universal Derailleur Hanger(UDH) make this bike exponentially easier to buy replacement parts for and completely upgradeable to higher end pieces for any future modifications. The SR Suntour XCM 32 air fork is nice once dialed in for rider weight and sag. The EXA Form dropper post is like the cherry on top! Such a great deal from Walmart and Ozark Trail.
