Nice bed
I was initially disappointed in this purchase. The first bed that came was gray even though the box said white, it was missing the hardware and it has been opened. When I contacted customer service, they said I would have to send it back and they would ship a new one out and credit me 10%. The bed is HEAVY and I did not want to have to take it back to the store. The customer service rep arranged a pick up for the bed and got a new one sent. I did not receive 10% off but was happy with the rest of the encounter. The bed is fairly easy to put together. It seems sturdy. I love that it had under drawers!! It is a heavy box to lift.

The directions were easy to follow although some steps in the assembly were difficult. The screwing mechanism they provide is not really effective (I had to use my own screwdriver). Overall satisfied, it's very pretty and good value considering the price.

At first i was skeptical while reading the reviews of others bad experience, but was pleasantly surprised when the bed arrived. It looks great in person. I will note that the bed is pretty low to the ground, but it's worth it. I would absolutely recommend this item.
