What I hoped for!

Easy to set up and operate. It included a clear hose which drains wonderfully in our basement floor where the furnace/AC also drain. It's in the basement and I don't hear it. Our old one you could definitely hear. The air feels dry and there's no musty smell at all even with very high humidity the last few days. I believe it was an excellent value. I would recommend it to anyone wondering if it's a good choice.

Only had it for a week. So far so good. Definitely pulls moisture out of the air. Steady small stream out of drain hose. LONGEVITY is the main problem with these things. On the 3rd one. Seems like 3 years is about max. life span regardless of brand which is ridiculous. Had problem with previous Waykar model and they promptly replaced it. They stand behind their products.

It draws out a lot of water from the air - amazing

So far so good. I have been using this for 2 days now and it's working as expected. I have it in my basement and I have to pour out the water twice a day at this time. It will stop automatically if the water storage bin becomes full. I wish I had bought this years earlier! Now I have to clean up the mildew that has built up in the basement and I hope this unit will keep it at bay.
