For a period of three (3) years on frame and fabric, (1) year on PE wicker and storage cover after the date of actual delivery of the good, the manufacturer will either repair or replace defective components in accordance with this limited warranty. This warranty is between the manufacturer and the original purchaser and is valid only when accompanied by the original purchaser’s sales receipt showing original date of purchase and location of purchase. Replacements under this warranty revert back to the date of original delivery of the good for future warranty.

Great collection - very high end good quality
Very nice looking high end look and feel. Comes assembled, you just need to put the chair on the swivel base. Dark brown is the most realistic that matches a pottery barn or restoration hardware wicker. The grey/natural isn’t as high end of a finish, and is definately more grey than natural. Both nice, but the darker more realistic. The cushions come in the worst color, one of the least selected and desirable colors for high end outdoor furniture cushions. Most designer don’t make them in grey- more like a sweatshirt grey. I have the whole collection now, and have changed the pillows to a natural and also a navy to have two options. Had to have the swivel ones custom done online. Walmart should sell replacements for the swivel and the sofa. They only do so for the club chairs.

These high-end quality chairs are very large and comfortable and if you compare it to comparable chairs of similar size and style, you’re gonna be spending twice this much! Great comfortable chairs
I love these chairs. Very comfortable. I love how they look. After looking at chairs for a while, I am glad I went with these. I have read the negative reviews and would like to comment on some of the issues others have raised. The "Wicker" is not perfect. I can see the issues others have had with it. We are using them on our front porch outside so the slight imperfections don't bother me. I could see it bothering me if I wanted them in my living room. The cushion cover material isn't the highest quality. Ours will be on a covered front porch. But if I need to replace the cushion cover, I will. The rocking motion is gentle, which I like. I tend to get motion sick in regular rocking chairs. They do rock and swivel, but it is not the same rocking motion as a regular rocking chair. Overall, for the price, I feel that these are a good value. Solid, sturdy chairs that rock and swivel. They look beautiful and are really comfortable. Wide seats - enough that my husband can tuck a foot up under him as he sits. I couldn't find anything close to these for this price. I did go to see them in person in the store. I really hate buying chairs without trying them first because I'm picky about how they fit me.
