Poor Quality, Broke Before Able to Use

The dress broke before we even were able to go trick or treating. The straps on both sides stripped, we tried to conserve it with safety pins, but even those stripped out and my daughter had to walk around with a broken dress on one side, and the other side safety pinned together. Overall very poor quality.

Dress arrived and does not look like the picture the sequence on it or yellow fish and it definitely is not ballgown like very cheaply made. I'm not sure of the sizing. I ordered a 10 to 12 but it was not marked in regular sizing. Disappointed in false advertising
