This is my Australian Shepherd s birth stone, January 17 2011,18±years I had to put her to sleep a year ago, the worst thing I've ever had to do. She's my Support Dog, Soul Mate, and to me my child, I hate it when I have to say my dog because she was more than that. The only time we were apart was when I went to the hospital, the first time I found out that she wouldn't go out for know body, so after that I'd discharge myself or wouldn't go at all. I named her Pearl after my favorite female singer, Janice Joplin's nickname, her full name is Pearl And Joplin Gaige.I have Parkinson's and manic depression on top of a list of other things that comes with it. Pearl's 2nd to none and I know that it was Jesus that guided me to her. The Lord is my Shepherd and Pearl is my Sheep Dog. One night I took her out and a Coyote and she was going after it, I stopped her because she was 17 at the time but that's what Sheep Dogs do and everything she did was always beyond well.
