New to Blackstone
This is my first blackstone. We haven't used it yet, I just bought it a few hours ago, but it was very easy to put together, I did it on my own except for the part where it says with a partner put the cook top on the stand. Directions were easy to follow and we are looking forward to cooking some hibachi in a couple hours.

Bronco Air-fryer combo
So far so good. Item was bent from packaging but nothing I couldn't bend back. Aside from that it's a huge upgrade from my 4 year old air-fryer combo. The Omnivore pre-seasoned griddle was great I added 3 more coats of seasoning prior to cooking and it was nice and uniform across the entire surface. All in all easy build and so far completely satisfied with this new blackstone. Honorable mention: the wind guards are an added upgrade from my prior 36 inch blackstone.

Havent used it yet
Asking for a review when registering is wierd. Follow up after. I assembled it and haven't used it yet. Assembly was pretty easy. Instructions can be hard to find. Mine were under the bottom shelf in the plastic. You need 2 people for a few steps but other than that it was really easy to put together.
