head NOT big enough for even a TINY cat

the hole for the head and chest size is Way too small and I have an extremely small, underweight cat. i even ordered a medium to try to give extra space for her. it was very uncomfortable putting on and I had to cut her out of it. it needs some kind of straps or closure instead of being one piece, she really hated trying to put her legs through as well. it does not fit as pictured.
