Scuffed up and missing parts

Seller takes no pride in what they ship out. Sent without a power cord /empty box. The footboard is horribly scuffed up and missing paint.. absolutely ridiculous for what we paid. Do better people. This is not acceptable. Waiting on power cord so we can even use this thing. Was hoping to use it tomorrow but I guess that’s not a possibility.

The designer of this scooter should have been arrested. What kind of company sells a scooter for a 400 pound person and their butt will fit into a 15 inch seat and they give the stupid excuse that the width of the arms is made for comfort, such stupidity is beyond me plus there's no basket for the front and only in the back so if you went shopping and you had items in the back, you would never know whether they would get stolen or not because they're behind you so you would never see somebody stealing I want to return this and I don't know what to do. We haven't had any luck with the manufacturer as when we received it. The batteries didn't work and we called and we called and we called and they never got back to us and now we don't even have the designer of this scooter should have been arrested.
