i got the loop engage 2 , and also dream. enjoy both of them , for sleep it does make the environment much more quieter, and loop engage makes background noises like during my commute on the bus, the motor engine or city sounds dampens but i can still hear people talk. i get less tired during the day if wear these. . , but its important to know which sizing u choose, cause if its too big , i accidently got kinda deaf for like 2 days or so , but came back to normal , changed to its correct size where it fits comfortable

As a side sleeper who sleeps very light these work amazing. While many other earplugs and brands fell out during the night, these tend to stay in. In addition they are also the most comfertable ones I have found over the years. You hardly feel them even when laying on your side. They reduce the outdoor sounds enough for me not to wake up from them. Only negarive is the price, I find them quit expensive, also in comparisson to other loop earplug type.

I bought this ones for my boyfriend in a different color because I've been using mines for almost a year and I've been so satisfied with how nicely I can sleep at night without any noise like snores and also the soft material makes the comfortable even if they come out at night and you end up sleeping on them.
