Lovely in a home made mushroom soup. I also use it as meat replacement in Geschnetzeltes mit Rahmsoße (Sliced ​​meat in cream sauce), a delicious Swiss dish that requires meat. I am vegetarian, so I use these mushrooms instead and it comes out super tasty.

These are very good. You need to cook them longer than they say on the package, first to steam them then to "evaporate" the liquid. They are still very wet, so you might want to drain some off. The mushrooms are delicious- tasing like a fine restaurant- and at an incredibly fair price. This is the best Better Goods item I've purchased, so far.
