Exactly the same as my old Triathlon. The bands break after 4 or 5 years, and changing batteries is a challenge even for the people with all the right tools. After the second battery dies, I just get a new watch. I like the timer, countdown, and the 3 timezones and alarms. Easy to set and reset.

Love the Ironman warch. Been wearing one since last century. ordered a different version and this was substituted when that box was checked no. I much prefer the 3 button model to this one. I don't like the band. That plastic/silicone band does NOT get along with my skin. in winter my skin. underneath band itches. in summer skin not only itches but developes a stink that doesn't wash.

Watch itself is recommended. Husband must have shock resistant, no metal. Though as a gift, it would have been nice to have the box and directions instead of just the watch in a Walmart bag.
