About this item

Product details

This Granite Ware 15 in. covered oval roaster browns better and cooks more evenly than any other roaster. The dark interior absorbs all the oven's energy, the steel core evenly distributes the heat and the glass interior doesn't alter the taste. Ideally suited for a 10-pound roast, this oval roaster boasts even heating and faster cooking times because of its unique construction. Porcelain is fused to the steel at 2,000 degrees Fahrenheit producing a non-porous, inert glass surface that is naturally non-stick. Porcelain can chip if dropped, however this does not reduce the effectiveness of the cookware. They are safe for metal utensils, easy to clean, and dishwasher safe!

Purchase this roaster

Everyone who grew up with granny had one of these and I can confirm this is worth the buy if you cook cook lol, one pot meals, marinating meals, slow cooking meals. This roaster comes in handy. I definitely appreciate the fact that I purchased this before I moved into my new place.

Works great, low price. Very happy

We bought this just before thanksgiving and I could not be happier with it. We had an 18 pound bird that still managed to fit inside here and still seal up good. The bird came out amazing and right on time. This pan was a savior and well worth every penny.
