My Experience

It's been many years since I used a Water Pic. The first time I tried to use it, water went everywhere. Apparently, the piece wasn't completely in the wan. I thought I had snapped it on, but was mistaken I guess. Lesson learned! It wasn't about the pressure, I guess I didn't read the directions correctly.

Great alternative to string

The device works well and was easy to set up. The only confusing part was the lid on the tank. It was not clear how to remove it, especially because it comes in two parts connected by a hinge. The lower part, it turns out, is a storage place for other nozzles. The entire two-piece lid lifts off. It is not permanently connected to the tank or base. Now I just use the device without the lid on the tank.

I've used the Ultra for about a month and I am completely satisfied with this product. I'm very pleased and so glad that I made the decision to try water flossing to better clean my teeth and gums. It's a good product and I would definitely recommend it. Overall, it works well with plenty of pressure (even at low settings). There is enough water storage to handle my cleanings.
