Made with sharp, durable stainless steel, it resists corrosion, bending, and wear, delivering precise, professional cuts every time. Blades are dishwasher-safe and easy to clean with the included brush. Save time with this efficient slicer—perfect for creating paper-thin vegetable slices for salads and more. Trust Swayvoo to make cooking safer, faster, and easier!

  • 5 interchangeable blades: thin slice, thick slice, julienne, fine julienne, grater — complete prep kit for salads, gratins, slaws, and stir-fries. All 5 blades and the stand are dishwasher safe for fast cleanup. No separate blade storage needed — blades store in the unit.

Swayvoo Mandoline Slicer

The Swayvoo mandoline slicer is study and versatile. As with other mandoline slicers I read about you, must be vigilant %26 very careful not to slice your fingers. I am a first-time user of any mandoline slicer so I neglected to put on the glove that came with it and promptly sliced so skin off the side of my hand. I bought it for a specific job. I love sliced yellow squash %26 zucchini, floured %26 fried. Again, do be careful, but experience is the best teacher.
