I promise you I do not like writing bad reviews at all, but I honestly had no choice. Unfortunately, sometimes you have to give the real truth and for me I felt like it was not terrible at all. I was really disappointed with this jump rope. The first thing I noticed was how it felt, and unfortunately it came across as flimsy instead of durable. It also seemed much shorter than I expected, that handles felt like they were gonna fall apart even after trying to adjust it. In my opinion, it feels more like something made for a child than for most adults. The overall quality didn't give me much confidence. It didn't feel sturdy, and I was left feeling like it might not hold up well with regular use. I was hoping for a jump rope that could handle daily workouts, but this one just didn't meet my expectations. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend not for fitness not even light purchasing this product. I think there are sturdier, better-made options available for anyone looking for a reliable exercise jump rope.
