Used alot of different products over the last 30 years. Have kind of settled on this one because we prefer a clear finish. We live in Georgia under alot of trees. Deck accumulates alot of tree debris on one end and suffers from merciless sun on the other. Oil products grow too much mildew here. Still have to clean and redo after every 3 years or so....but offers decent protection. The story of deck owners!
