ActBest E-bike.

Instruction book was OK, videos worse. Major complaint was that the point of contact from the instruction booklet did not respond to my request for help/assistance. Also, their claims of maximum speed reported 20 mph, 25 mph and 28 mph. Recommended speed was 18 mph for best performance, which seems spot-on as does the max speed of 20 mph. Fat tire is a tad skinny as actual measured width is less than 3 inches.
