I bought a box of these for the first time in December and put them in my children's Christmas stockings. They were a hit! Very cute and delicious with the face and body shape of a hippo! I would describe the cookie as being similar to the flaky, crisp portion of a kit-kat. The filling is a creamy hazelnut spread. Delicious! Will buy again.
