Great choice for those new to machine embroidery!

The Poolin EOC06 is an amazing value for the money and is an especially great choice for someone just getting into and learning the craft. If you find out that you don't love the craft, then your investment is much lower relative to other machines out there. If you do love it, then you can continue with it, making items for yourself, gifts and/or selling items that are high quality. The embroidery stitching the machine produces is beautiful. I've made many sweatshirts and patches. The machine comes with a lot of extras so you can get started right away. There are tons of YouTube videos to help you as well as a FB group for help and technicians you can chat with (including Kane Gao who has helped me!) so the support is terrific. If you are a beginner, embroidery is not always easy and there is a learning curve. That is the case with any machine so it takes patience and a willingness to figure things out. If you do that and do the basic maintenance of the machine, you can get through the learning curve and enjoy making your own awesome machine embroidery items. This is an ideal machine to start out on and even keep and use for a long time. The investment is some of the lowest in the industry. I've had a great experience with this machine and highly recommend.

No regrets!

I purchased this machine because it was an affordable one needle machine with very large hoops. I did have some knowledge of embroidery but am not an expert yet! As soon as I purchased the machine, my personal tech Kevin Xu reached out to me making sure I knew that he was there to help ! Of course just like any machine I had a few issues that were user error. I absolutely love this machine and do t regret my purchase at all!!!

Good beginner machine

As the first embroidery machine ive ever used my poolin has been working great. Ive embroidered 3 hoodies so far and each job has shown great results. I did have one issue wherein the 7.9 x 11in hoop broke early on with a slippery hoodie but after contacting them on facebook their customer service sent me a new replacement hoop. very helpful and promt customer service.
