Muck Boot Womens Muckster Ii Low Plaid Slip On Flats Casual Shoes

I have owned a number of Muck boots. I love them for walking my dogs in the rain, gardening & even washing my car. They are comfortable and really waterproof.

After reading reviews I was hesitant to purchase these Muckster 2 low slip ons. I have no problem getting my foot into the opening. The opening needs to be slightly stretched open when putting my foot in. This requires a person to be able to bend over and reach their feet, otherwise you will need to use a shoehorn. A fleshy foot might have a hard time getting in. Also I love the snug elastic fit around the ankles that keeps debris out of my shoes! I wear socks with them because it's a no brainer that the rub of elastic would cause blisters or wear away skin. I've got average size ankles, I think the shoes would be too tight around the opening if my ankles were any larger. They are definitely waterproof, and I like to wear them early in the morning when the grass is wet with dew and also when I water the garden. I usually wear between a size 8 and 8.5. I purchased a size 8 and they fit perfectly.
