Probably the most comfortable seat of any kayak in this price range and better than many more expensive kayaks. Should provide a lot of enjoyment for many years. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a two Lifetime kayaks. A Tamarack sit-on and a Lancer sit-in. This year, while starting my Spring cleaning, I decided to call Lifetime about a few pieces that's have seen better days. The seat pad on the Tamarack has developed a tear, and one of the drain plug had been bent. Since the Tamarack was still within the warranty period (year 3 of 5), both parts were replaced for free with no questions asked. The process couldn't have been easier. You just don't see service like that these days. Every kayak I buy from now on will be a Lifetime.
