Have three new Lifetime Lancer Kayaks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Last one I ordered I received two same paddle ends so they would not attach together. Had a canoeing day on the river. When I got home I send a email to Lifetime received a very quick response and they are shipping me a new paddle. This is why I bought this product because they have such great customer service. Only wish - that the storage hatch actually had a compartment to store items inside and not left loose to roll around in the bottom Of the Kayak and water.

Best Customer Service I've ever had!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a two Lifetime kayaks. A Tamarack sit-on and a Lancer sit-in. This year, while starting my Spring cleaning, I decided to call Lifetime about a few pieces that's have seen better days. The seat pad on the Tamarack has developed a tear, and one of the drain plug had been bent. Since the Tamarack was still within the warranty period (year 3 of 5), both parts were replaced for free with no questions asked. The process couldn't have been easier. You just don't see service like that these days. Every kayak I buy from now on will be a Lifetime.
