[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a kayak that arrived without a fishing rod holder so I contacted Lifetime's customer service to see if I could get another one and what would be the cost. Expensive delivery for what you get!

I haven't put it on water yet but love the design and features. The only issue I have is from the delivery. Kayak arrived with scuff marks all over it and deep scratches on the bottom where the delivery driver I assume dragged it down my concrete drive. He also marked it as signed by me and left in my drive. I didn't know it had arrived until I returned home in the evening. Had it been stolen, I would not have known it was delivered at all.
