SnoCone maker is a hit

My grandson really liked this as one of his birthday presents. It works really quickly with the softer ice we used, but it is really loud. (I don't know how it could be made quieter though). It has a reusable cone that is useful for keeping the paper cone in the holder more securely and it is top rack dishwasher safe, even though it was put in by accident. This model doesn't come with a drip tray like some other sno-cone machines but theirs don't seem large enough either so I just put the machine on a large cookie sheet for easier clean up of the ice melt. Catching the Koolaid syrups at sale price almost negates making syrups at home.

Nice

I haven't used it yet but it looks a little upgraded compared to the really cheap snow cone machines. I think it will be fun.
