Caron® Simply Soft™ #4 Worsted (Medium) Acrylic Yarn, Sienna 6oz/170.1g 315 Yards

I bought enough of this yarn to make two afghans (8 skeins each), and I really love it! I'm currently working with Sage, which is a lighter-than-expected, vibrant, soft color. This worsted weight (4) yarn is very soft and has a beautiful sheen. I'm crocheting with a size I/9/5.5mm hook and this yarn is so smooth that it just seems to fly through my hands, with minimal problems of separating strands. It's also machine washable/dryable, which will make the recipient happy. I can't wait to see the finished blanket; after only a few rows, it already makes you want to curl up in it. Because of the soft, lightweight texture, this yarn would also be excellent for sweaters, scarves or other types of crocheted or knitted clothing.

I purchased Caron Simply Soft to make a rainbow-hued cross-body bag for myself. Love it. It worked up quickly, has a nice feel, colors pop. Couldn’t find the colors I wanted in a worsted weight, so went with a finer yarn & crocheted with a double strand. Perfect! Love the easy-start, no need to go searching in the middle of the skein!
