Machine sold as NEW, arrived USED! Buyer Beware.

Do not buy from Seattle Coffee Gear through Walmart. We purchased a machine that was advertised as brand new, but it arrived unsealed, with another customer's information on the invoice, and with clear signs of prior use including coffee beans in the chamber and coffee grounds as well as a cloudy film on the parts. This is extremely disappointing, especially for a $1,500 purchase that was supposed to be new. In my experience, this was completely unacceptable and reflected very poorly on their customer service. In the future, I will purchase from a different retailer to avoid a repeat of this situation.
