well labeled parts went together easily instructions were good until the roof hinges, which took a couple of tries before figuring where to screw. i used Titebond III waterproof glue and panel clamps when fastening sides to front and back rather than relying solely on the screws. Another review i read complained that the roof didn't sit flush, and i noticed that happened when the feet were on uneven surfaces, but easily leveled out. i set it on bricks since the legs don't have protection against rot. Paint has a strong odor.

This cat house is perfect. Much better than the canvas or plastic options I had been considering. It is heavy and sturdy. I cut a hole in the back to run a heating pad cord through and this house has stayed toasty in freezing weather. Considering another I don't need because it was such a bargain.

The room divider is great, but my cats didn't like it. My cats love the window, wish there was one on both sides. the door/ramp will come in handy when my female has kittens. easy to clean up %26 change bedding with the hinged top. I lined the inside with silver thermo sheeting %26 when temps dropped -20*....both cats were snug as a bug ( inside temp was 40). I'm purchasing second one, we'll need it when kittens arrive 🥰
