About this item

Product details

The Hyper Tough 7-inch Digital Angle Finder, Model 44020, is a compact digital tool built for measuring, marking, and laying out angles on shop and home projects. It works as more than an angle finder: use it as a square, protractor, ruler, and straightedge to handle a range of layout tasks, from common 90Β° and 45Β° corners to other common and custom angles. The large LCD display lets you check readings while you work, and the reverse angle, hold, and lock-angle functions help you capture and keep a reading in place as you move through layout and repeat measurements. Its L-shaped metal form gives the tool a tool-ready shape for measuring and marking, and an alkaline battery is included so you have the power source on hand.

Durable and versatile tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this angle finder for some home projects and it's been way more useful than I expected. The stainless ruler feels durable, not flimsy, and the screen is easy to read. I like that I can lock the angle in place so it doesn't shift while I'm working. It's versatile too I've used it on wood and metal, and it works for inside corners, outside edges, and reverse angles. Accuracy has been spot-on, and it's small enough to slip in my pocket or toss in my tool bag. For the price, it's a solid, reliable tool.

Heavy duty and accurate!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I don't claim to be a professional carpenter, my husband and I completely gutted and re-constructed our 1920s farmhouse down to the absolute bones. Though we are finished, we are always looking at neat tools that make our lives easier, and we found it with this 7-inch angle finder! Great for woodworking and construction, this will come in extremely handy for fitting together joints and ensuring correct cuts. We also found it assisted with my kids for angles in math! The instant digital read out is accurate and fast, and the ruler pieces are heavy duty. Overall, I am impressed!
