I am not sure why this product has 1 star reviews when it's actually a good choice and probably the best. The overall structure is high quality made of solid and durable metal material. It does come in multiple parts, which is convenient is most cases, but also every part connects with a secure seal. I had a small problem with my order because it was a returned item and the previous owner tried to install the rods, which slightly damaged the paint coating at the edge. Also, my windows are positioned in a weird location. That's why I got the wrap around rods in the first place. They have good customer service because they replied the same day and ended up mailing me an additional small curtain rod to fix the issue just a couple of days after the communication exchange. Other than, the 120 in is more suitable for 116 in or less, this curtain rod is a great one and a keeper.
