Horrible Customer Service Scam

I have contacted the company multiple times for a replacement stool and I keep getting emails saying they are sending a new replacement with a tracking number and then another email saying sorry that tracking number is wrong we'll let you know when we're sending your order etc. It seems like a total scam. 1 of the 3 stools I purchased did not align properly when assembled so the foot rest is off set from the seat. Love the other stools that went together properly, but so far the customer service is bad and I'm starting to think I've been scammed and will be stuck with a messed up stool 😕
