We just put it on and have used it a few times but so far it's awesome! It really is a soft close!!!! It's super nice and I love the way the back looks- will be easier to clean! It has the little things on the bottom of the seat so the seat won't pinch your leg! I definitely recommend this seat- I'll be purchasing a 2nd one for my half bath soon! I hope it works just as wonderful for you. TTFN.
